A Glowing Hope

"It is often said that if you lose your way through the dark forest, then you must count your life as lost. But for some, even enshrouded in the darkness there often is a spark of hope, specifically, a light."

My clumsy cleric Arell who earned her powers from the light domain from saving people from a corrupt Forrest. One from the light domain saw her good deeds and decided to test her courage. A beast was sent to terrify her to discourage her from returning from the forest. She was terrified but decided to grow her hair out and impeded her vision so she would not be afraid of going into the forest. Her lantern was then blessed by the light domain thus giving her cleric powers.
